Management and Change

"Management & Change" is the prestigious academic journal of IILM Institute for Higher Education, New Delhi. It has completed fifteen years of existence and is running in 16th year of its publication. Through more than a decade, it has earned a good reputation among academicians and managers, reflected in its creditable subscriber base and a robust exchange programme with more than 100 institutions across the country publishing their journals. Presently the editorial board constitutes of Dr. P.Malarvizhi as the Chief Editor and Mr. George Skaria as the Associate Editor. The Journal aims to promote excellence in research in diverse and emerging areas of management and invites original articles, research-based papers, perspectives, short communications and management cases on topics of current interest practically in all areas of management.
