| Program Structure |

The programme is divided into eight terms of six weeks each. The curricula cover 21 core courses and 14 electives in concentration area. Presently IILM offers concentration in Marketing and Finance. Core courses would be covered in the first four terms and electives and dissertation in the following terms. Each course would be covered over 20 hours of teaching time in 14 teaching sessions of 90 minutes. 10 hours of self study for each course are also required. |

Pre-term Programme:

The Pre-Term programme is designed to prepare incoming students from diverse foundational backgrounds, with the knowledge and skills required for a management programme. The pre-term course has modules covering Quantitative Techniques, Accounting and Statistics. |

Leadership development Programme: |
| |
On joining, all students go through Leadership Development Programme, which inculcates leadership skills and team play through series of lectures, discussions, workshops and group practice sessions. The programme would also help develop essential skills like effective listening, communication, team building, assertiveness and problem solving. |

Advanced Management Programme: |
| |
| After completion of 52 weeks of Post graduate programme, students will undergo 3-7 weeks of advanced management programme with universities in USA , UK and France . The AMP programme is built towards increasing the student's awareness to global business scenario and honing his skills to adapt to international working environment. |
