Exchange students do not have to follow our stipulated workload in view of the different degree requirements by different partner universities. It is your responsibility to ensure that your chosen modules are appropriate and fulfill the requirements of your programme of study at your home university. |

| Application Process |

Students need to get a formal approval from their home university to attend IILM. Exchange applications will only be accepted on the basis of official nominations from a partner university. |

| Accommodation |
| |
| IILM has arranged for a limited number of places to be reserved for the exchange students. The room will be made available only on prior request .The student is required to abide by the rules and regulations of the hostel. The payment must be made as per the rules of the hostel and IILM shall not take any responsibility of any payments due to exchange students. |

| Cost |
| |
| Students continue to pay their tuition fees to parent Institute only. No tuition fees needs to be paid to IILM. Students are responsible for all personal expenses during the exchange semester. |

| Medicare |
| |
| It is mandatory for all the exchange students coming to IILM to get a health insurance. The visiting student shall be entitled to first aid or walk in consultation available at the campus infirmary. In case of any major illness, case shall be referred by IILM for outpatient Medicare. The medical expenses shall be borne by the student. |

| Transcripts and credit Transfers |
| |
| Copy of your transcripts will be sent directly to the International Relations Office of your home university, approximately two months after the completion of the semester. Transfer of credits is entirely the discretion of your home university .Therefore; it is recommended that you check with your home institution with regards to credit transferability of your courses before you apply to IILM via the exchange programme. |
