| Grading and Evaluation System |

| Assessment in all courses is continuous and comprehensive. IILM Institute of Higher Education follows grade point system of evaluation on a scale of 4. Students are expected to go through the academic rigors where evaluation is based on continuous activities and course work. A minimum CGPA of 2.0 on a scale of 4.0 is required in order to have good academic standing, which makes a student eligible to receive the Diploma. |

| Credit System |

| The courses offered by IILM Institute for Higher education are full credit courses or half credit courses. Full credit means 3 credits and half credit means 1.5 credits A full credit course entails 30 hours of teaching. Students are expected to complete 20 full credit courses and minimum of 12 full credit courses from the major and minor electives over the two year course. |

| Summer Internship |

| After the completion of first year of the Programme, students in the months of May and June shall undertake two- month summer internship in their preferred area of specialization in any corporate organization. The objective of summer training is to help students relate the concepts learned in class with practice in real-life situations, make them aware of business practices and also to instill a sense of discipline in the students, which is essential for success in the corporate world. It is mandatory training for all students and will be equivalent to one full course on successful completion of the training. |

| (B) Elective Courses |

| In Term-VI, students do a comprehensive project in their preferred area of specialization. This project is equivalent to one full course. A panel of faculty and industry will evaluate each student for the same. This constitutes a major component of the learning process in the programme. |

| Live projects |

| As a part of integrated learning process, the students take up live projects with corporate and community in and around Delhi . This enables them to obtain an understanding of the overall functions of the organization, exposure to actual work situation and an appreciation of society and societal issues. Appropriate credits are awarded to the students for these projects and experiences as decided by the program committee. |
