Q. Where is IILM located?

IILM has two large campuses situated in the NCR region and surrounded with lot of greenery and open space. The institute runs its PGP programme at both campuses equipped with one of the most modern state of art facilities providing a right balance between concrete structure and natural ambience.

The Post Graduate Program (PGP), the flagship programme of IILM institute, is a full time programme launched in 2004, with a unique mix of specializations specially designed to address the changing needs of the Indian industry. Q. What does Twin Full time PG diploma mean?

It is a unique curriculum leading to simultaneous award of two diplomas to be awarded one as a management diploma and the other in the area of specialization. It is structured as follows:

a) Post Graduate Diploma in Management to be awarded after the completion of first year i.e. 11 months

b) Post Graduate Diploma in the area of specialization after the successful completion of second year specializing in one of the functional areas of Finance, Marketing, Information Technology, Human Resources, Healthcare, Retail, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance or Design.

Q. What is the admission process at IILM ?

Every student seeking admission to IILM Institute must fill-up the prescribed application form, attach requisite documents and submit the same to the IILM Institute's admission office with the processing fee of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One thousand only). The dates for the group discussions and interview would be intimated to short-listed candidates through e-mail and letter. For outstation candidates GD/PI will be conducted at Bhopal , Bhubaneswar , Chandigarh , Guwahati, Jaipur, Kolkata and Lucknow . The admission letter shall be sent to you and the admission would be final only after the payment of stated fee along with security deposit (as mentioned in the admission offer letter).

Q. What are the eligibility criteria for admission in PGP programme?

Students who have completed their graduation in any stream or appearing in final year of their graduation from universities and institutions recognized by AICTE/UGC/AIU can apply.

Q. When will the classes for batch 2008-10 start ?

Classes for PGP batch shall begin from 23 rd July 2008 .

Q. What credit system is followed in PGProgramme?

The courses offered by IILM Institute for Higher education are full credit courses or half credit courses. A full credit course entails 30 hours of teaching and half credit 15 hours. Students are expected to complete 20 full credit core courses and 12 full credit elective courses in a period of two years. In addition to this, the student has to compulsorily pass 8 value added courses over a period of two years. The award is also subject to the conditions that the student has paid all the due fees and complied with all requirements of the institute.

Q. What is the assessment process of PG programme ?

Assessment in all courses is continuous and comprehensive. IILM Institute of Higher Education follows grade point system of evaluation on a scale of 4. Students are expected to go through the academic rigors where evaluation is based on continuous activities and course work. A minimum CGPA of 2.0 on a scale of 4.0 is required in order to have good academic standing, which makes a student eligible to receive the Diploma.

The cost of the PGP program fees is Rs 5.4 lacs.
