| 1.How PGPX is different from a two year fulltime PGP? |
Answer: PGPX is for the working professional, who carries certain amount of work experience. It is a full time 1 year accelerated programme. PGP is the 2 year full time course which is for the graduates with prior or no prior work experience. PGPX is an accelerated 1 year MBA for professionals with more than 3 years of work experience. This course is primarily aimed at learning the concepts of modern management along with honing individual capacity for becoming a Business Leader of tomorrow and return to work fast. |

2.Will any entrance test be conducted for the same? If yes then when and where? (What would be the basis of admissions?) |
| Answer: There is no entrance test for the PGPX Programme. Candidates would be selected on the basis of GMAT/CAT/MAT score and personal interviews. Interviews will be conducted on a scheduled date for the selected candidates at the IILM Institute, Gurgaon Campus. All selected candidates will be intimated beforehand. |

Answer: No, there is no cutoff score for GMAT, CAT, MAT at IILM. However a decent academic background and at least 3 years of professional experience will suffice. |

Is it mandatory to take GMA/CAT/ MAT before applying to PGPX? |
Answer: Yes. It is mandatory to take at least one of these exams before applying to PGPX. |

7. If a candidate submits more than one GMAT score, which score will be considered by the IILM? |
Answer: The most recent score presented by the candidate will be considered for application. |

What will be the placement procedure for non sponsored candidates? |
Answer: Placement help would be available for non sponsored candidates. This will depend upon academic performance. IILM Institute for Higher Education has a well laid out process for placements. Institute has a dedicated team that focuses on systematic process of fitting together students' career aspirations with corporate expectations. This requires an equal participation by students as well. |

| 20. Are there any other criteria to be fulfilled by the applicant for getting sponsorship from their employer? |
Answer:
1. A No Objection Certificate from your present employer.
2. A written commitment from your Company/Employer towards the necessary time you need to be on leave to complete the programme.
3. Experience Certificate for your work experience.
4. Requisite financial documentation duly signed and accepted by your employer. |
