Introduction
Dr. Sujata Shahi is a faculty of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource at IILM, Gurgaon. She has an experience of over 18 years and has been teaching at IILM, Gurgaon for past 5 years. She has keen interest in analyzing the behavioral aspects of employees in organizations and has published various research papers in this area. She has worked on research papers like consumer behavior, perception about retail sector and upcoming HR trends of this field. She has conducted Management Development/Training programmes for corporate executives coming from organizations like Alcatel, IBM and TI,Auto.
