Introduction
Dr Naib has over 33 years of experience in academics,training&development,human resource management,public expenditure management,and administration. He was a member of Allied Services from July 1976 to February 2010,recruited through IAS combined Civil Services Examination. During this period,worked for about 8 years as Head of Organisational Behaviour in a National Training Institute under Department of Personnel and Training,Government of India.
Dr Naib has been accredited by the Department of Personnel as a national resource to conduct Direct Trainer Skills and Design of Training courses. He has conducted number of Training of Trainers courses for number of organisations in the country.
He has conducted Management Development Programme for a large number of organisations and State Governments e.g. Bhabha Atomic Research Center,IIFCO,KRIBCO,HAL,NHAI,CSIR,and State Governments of North East States, Goa, Pondichery,Madhya Pradesh etc.
Dr Naib has varied research interests in areas of Organisational Behaviour,Public Sector Management,Ethics &Governance,and Public Policy issues like Disinvesment,Right to Information.Has authored a book and published research papers in reputed journals.
