Ms Smitha has around 8 years of industry, research and teaching experience. Her research interests include Retail Management, Consumer Behavior, CRM and Marketing Research. She has presented research papers in various international and national confernces. She has also completed her PhD in Retail Management and submitted the thesis to Acharya Nagarjuna University, Andhra Pradesh.
