Introduction

Ms Shweta Khanna has an excellent academic record and over 10 years of industry- academia experience in Teaching, Consulting and Research.Her research interest include Performance Management, Leadership, Retention, Employee Engagement and Communication. She has worked with the World Bank and leading HR Consultants, Price Waterhouse Coopers HRCG, to develop and deliver training modules on various managerial areas.
