Introduction

Dr. Shuchi Agrawal has a research and teaching experience of 14 years. A topper in MA (Psychology) from Allahabad University and UGC (NET) qualified she did her PhD in the area of Organizational Psychology. Before joining IILM she has taught in the Executive MBA program at Guru Gobind Singh  Indraprastha University,Delhi and other Business schools in India. Her research thrust is OB and HRM.
