Introduction

Shivani Khurana has more than 11years of work experience in teaching & research. Her area of interest is organizational behaviour. Her research interests include Research Methodology, Psychometric Testing & Personality development. She has published a book on ‘ Handbook of Research Methodology’. She is pursuing Ph.D on the Topic ‘Self-Efficacy, work commitment, perceived organizational Support as predictors of work outcomes’ from Kurukshetra University.

• Diploma awarded by University of Twente, The Netherlands (University for Technical and Social Sciences and Faculty of Behavioural Sciences) for attending and successfully completing the training programme (TRAITS – Special programme of the Netherlands Fellowship Programme, NFP/SBP) from January 2005 to September 2005.
