Introduction

Sangeeta Chopra has close to 14 years experience in Corporate and Academic sectors. She has
earned wide exposure in the field Human Resource Management - having managed operations at headquarter level and at plant level. She has been involved in teaching Behavioural sciences, Organisation Behaviour and Human Resource Management. Her strong area is Compensation Management, which is the subject of her Ph.D. Thesis. She has published her work in leading national dailies – TOI, HT, written for professional instititutes like ICFAI and IJTD, and also for Management
Conference publications.

Qualification & Experience

Her educational qualifications include B.B.A., M.B.A., Dip. in Training and Development (National level 2nd Rank), Diploma in Information and systems management (National level 9 rank) and

Ph.D. (thesis submitted).
