Introduction

Ms Ruchika Mehra Jain is Lecturer at Learning and development unit at IILM. She takes personality development classes with the students. Along side she is member of the training development team looking after the training programs conducted for staff, faculty (Post graduate certification in teaching and learning) and total quality leadership. She has over 4 years of experience of working in the Training and development sector in the industry. She has developed and delivered training programs for different sectors, industries and across different levels. She has worked as a consultant for carrying out Assessment and Development centers for different organizations. She has proven skills in conducting various psychological assessments and psychotherapy sessions.

Qualification and Experience

Diploma in Planning and Leadership from Lund University, Sweden

MA (Psychology), Delhi University, 2005

Pursuing Diploma in training in development from Indian Society for Training and Development
