Introduction

Ms. Ruchi Nayyar has specialization in Information Technology with over 10 years of experience
in the corporate and academia. She holds an MCA and PGDBM degrees. She has recently submitted her PhD thesis titled “To study the impact on Internet Retailing by various factors in India”, in the area of B2C E- Commerce. Prior to joining IILM, she has worked with renowned management colleges and has made valuable contributions in different activities such as
research and administration other than handling teaching assignments in the area of technology. As part of her corporate experience, she has been associated with the IT department of a
leading Indian private sector bank wherein she was responsible for managing network , infrastructure and applications installed in the bank . Her research interest includes B2C E-Commerce. She has co-authored many research papers, which have been presented at international/national conferences and published in referred academic journals. Ms. Ruchi has utilized her varied corporate experience in technology sector for enhancing her teaching sessions through utilization of practical case studies. She has also facilitated a number of faculty development workshops in IT and has won awards in various doctoral and other paper presentation competitions.

• MCA and PGDM degrees.
• Professional degrees include Certificate in Computing from IGNOU is a Microsoft certified Systems Engineer.
• PhD thesis in the area of internet retailing.
