Introduction

Rakhi has more than 12 years of experience in teaching Economics at Lucknow University, M.S. University of Baroda and IILM . Besides, she has one year post qualification experience of teaching German language and participating in Personality Development Programmes. She has also been engaged in coordinating Events and Value Added Programmes at IILM. She has been handling administrative responsibilities as well. Her major area of interest lies in Managerial Economics, Macro Economics and International Economics. She has been successfully conducting Management Development Programmes.

Conducted an EDP on “Capital Markets: How to Win in Falling Stock Market?” for executives and academicians (April 25th , 2009)
Conducted an MDP on “Supply Chain Management” for the executives from the industry (April 7th & 8th,2008)

Contributed Chapter on “Knowledge Management in Indian Banks”, in Book 2008 “Challenges and Opportunities for Indian Banks” by R.K. Uppal.

Article published on “Ownership Issues in Indian Banking Industry”, in “Professional Banker” ICFAI Publication, January 2008

Presented paper on “Regional Variation in Poverty in India” at the National Seminar on “Poverty in India -Policies, Problems & Prospects” organized by the Department of Economics, M S University Baroda in March 1999.
