Introduction

Ms Priyanka Anand is currently pursuing her Doctoral Program in the area of Human Resource Management, an MBA in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis has diverse experience of seven years in Corporate Training and Academics. Her forte lies in the area of Motivational, Behavioural and Creativity  Training . She  has delivered several training modules to Companies like Genpact in interpersonal skills, American Express and IBM in Team Building and Motivation. Being a behavioural scientist her expertise lies in the innate understanding of personality types, interpreting various personalities and has conducted numerous workshops in behaviour management. Her research interests relate to the areas of Organizational Culture and behaviour and her work has been published in Books and National Journals. She has written Case Studies in the area of HR which have been presented in conferences and published. Talent Transformation and Sustainability are the prime focus for research and development
