Introduction:

Dr Sonawane has been associated with IILM for over six months now. Prior to IILM she has worked as a teaching assistant at TISS Mumbai. She has worked extensively in the field of employee recognition and has publications in the same.

Papers taught by her are Organisational Dynamics and Change, Human Resource Management, Businesses Communication and Talent Management and Employee Engagement.
