Introduction
Ms Monica Mor is an Assistant Professor in the Sales & Marketing area with IILM Institute, Gurgaon and has experience of about 8 years in academics and 3 years in industry. She has been with IILM Institute for the past 5 years. Aside from her lectures, Monica has conducted corporate trainings through Management Development Programmes with Alcatel, TI Auto, and various SMEs associated with the PHD Chamber, in various aspects within the purview of marketing management. Monica is currently pursuing her PhD and has written research papers in the areas of retail, soft skills and CSR.
