 Introduction:

Ms Kirtika believes that dedication and hard work are the two keys to unlock the doors of success. She has a strong inclination towards Academics which made teaching as her passion. After completing her PGDM, Ms Kirtika has joined IILM Institute for Higher Education as a Faculty Associate in the area of Finance in 2010.Her area of interest is Corporate Finance.

She has also won the “Kulwant Rai Gold Medal Award” for Best Academic Performer for 2008-10 batch during her Post Graduation.

She worked with the Standard Chartered Bank, NFC, India ; gaining an effective insight into functioning and culture of the Banking sector.

Qualification:

• Pursuing M.Com from Allahbad University.

• PGDM (Dual)- Finance & Marketing from IILM College of Management studies, Greater Noida.

• B.Com (H) from Delhi University
