18+ years in public and private sector organizations. Worked in various streams/divisions and industries culminating as Vice President (Sales & Marketing) for the USD 4bn Hero Group. Earlier work experience has been with US multinational Reebok and HCL Technologies besides working in other market-leading companies with a smaller footprint.

Product Management, Brand Management, Retail Operations, Sales and Marketing and Channel Development are the important areas of experience covering a wide spectrum of industries ranging from footwear and steel to office automation, sports goods and premium fitness equipment.

Qualification and Experience

• Persuing PhD
• MBA from Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi.
