Introduction

Daminni Grover has more than 12 years of experience in the field of teaching, research and industry. She worked as a Quality Control Manager and Senior Software Developer in various IT companies before starting her academic career. She was awarded AMT (Accredited Management Teacher) Certification by AIMA (All India Management Association) in Information Technology field (April, 2005).

• Pursuing Ph.D from Singhania University, Rajasthan

• M.Phil.(Computer Science) from Madurai Kamaraj University

• M.Sc. (Computer Science) from MDU University

• Post Graduate Diploma in Quality Management from All India Management Association- Centre for Management Education, New Delhi, India in Association with American Management Association, USA

• MCSD (Microsoft Certified Solution Developer) and MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) from Microsoft
