She has around 11 years of Industry, research and teaching experience. She has acquired her doctorate in the area of Marketing and International Business. Her research interest includes CRM, consumer behavior and rural marketing. She has research publications in various refereed journals and has presented several papers in international conferences. She has taught various papers of marketing at post-graduate level namely, Consumer Behaviour, International Marketing, Rural Marketing, Marketing Research, and Customer Relationship Management.
