Introduction
Vandana Srivastava is an M. Tech ( Computer Applications) from IIT Delhi and has more than 15 years of experience teaching Computer Science and Applications at graduate and post graduate levels. Her areas of interest include Information Systems and their applications, Application of Artificial Intelligence and Neural Networks in Decision Support, Enterprise Resource Planning and Business Intelligence using spreadsheets. She has presented papers in various national and international conferences and has published papers in reputed refereed journals. She has also conducted corporate training programs. Her research interests lie in Quality in IT enabled services and Business Intelligence.

Some Selected Works
- Co-authored a chapter titled, “Indian Railways, Tourism and Poverty Alleviation”, in book being brought out as a compilation of papers presented on “Tourism and Poverty Alleviation”, at MDI Gurgaon. The book is currently with the publishers.
- “E-Sustainability: Using IT for Sustainable Development”, sent for publication in the April issue of EDGE, the in-house publication of IILM.
