Introduction

Sharlet Flavin Mendonca is a Life Skills & English Communication faculty, working with IILM since June 2009. She has been a Language and Soft Skill Trainer for the last seven years, and has worked with corporate training organizations NEXT Link Pvt Ltd and Aspire Human Capital Management, and has conducted training sessions for diverse age groups varying from college freshmen to corporate executives up to the middle management.

Clients trained for: Dell, HSBC, IBM, Bank of America, General Motors, Honeywell, Hewlett Packard, Indian Trade Promotion Organization etc

• MA (Literature in English) 2003, Bangalore University

• Specialization: Linguistics & American Literature

• BA 2000, Bangalore University

• Specialization: History, Economics, English Literature
