Introduction:

Dr Sanyukta Jolly is an Assistant Professor in the area of OB & HR at IILM, Gurgaon Campus. She is responsible for staff and faculty training at IILM. Before joining IILM, she was pursuing PhD in the area of HR, from IIT Delhi and teaching both under graduate and post graduate courses at Delhi University and few selected Business schools in Delhi. Her research interests are in the area of Performance Management Systems, Training and Development, Organizational Stress and Personality.
