Introduction:

She is an Assistant Professor PDP working at IILM since March ‘09. She focuses on honing the personality traits, grooming , communication, language, personal habits as how to deal with people around you and optimism of the students that make them more employable and inculcates the necessary attitude to achieve success . She has been into training and development since last six years preparing BPO agents at WNS and training the agents to meet the target and deal with the competition. Heading the Training department for two years company named Vanguard. She has been a Designer for companies like Marks & Spencer and Gap.
