Introduction

• Mrs. Pooja Anand is a Life skills and Communication faculty & has recently joined IILM. She comes from a corporate background with an experience of 6yrs. in the BPO sector & has been a part of Operations & Training & Development programs in companies like Wipro & WNS, wherein she acted as a liaison with all departments to ensure seamless & consistent deliverables, primarily with the hiring team conducting interviews to ensure smooth influx of training expectations. Possesses an extensive background in the following competencies:

Verbal Excellence Training, Management collaboration, Soft Skills Training, Coaching and        Mentoring, Process Improvement Plans, Operational Efficiencies & Relationship Building.      

Qualification and Experience

• M.B.A. from Shri Atmanand Jain Institute of Management & Technology, Ambala City, affiliated to Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra.
• 3yrs With Wipro BPO, Identifying training needs of the team in both technical & soft skills & delivered solutions to address gaps. Conducted Short Burst Training's (SBT's) for enhancing quality & productivity.
• Last Assignment- 3yrs with WNS- Transitioned different processes for the company in India & Overseas along-with the TTT (Train the Trainer) program as well as delivered soft skills trainings to all levels ranging from new hires to middle level management.
