Introduction

Pooja Anand is a Life skills and Communication faculty working with IILM since September 2009. She comes from a corporate background with an experience of more than 7 yrs. in the BPO sector & has been a part of Operations & Training & Development programs in companies like Wipro & WNS.

Conducted in-house workshops/ trainings as a full time employee with WNS in India & International level on various Behavioral concepts like Interpersonal Skills, Grooming, Business Etiquette, Leadership & Influencing Skills wherein the focus was to hone the Personality Traits, Grooming, Communication & Language traits & how to deal with people around you, both at the managerial & the executive level. The core competency lies in content development and Training Delivery for the above mentioned topics.
