Introduction

Pallavi is an enthusiastic trainer,who strongly believes in changing lives of trainees by training. She brings along with her more than 11 years experience, of which 4 years are soft skills & language training. 

She is passionate about training & interacting with people and that’s what makes her build the best rapport and impart the skills better. 

Her skill-sets are in dellivery of training modules as:

Time Management, stress, customer service, Attitude & Confidence Building among other areas.

• M.A. English:  RBU, Kolkata.
• Cert. In Instructional Designing: Symbiosys, Pune
• Certified Trainer for IELTS  – Hero Mindmine
• DIP-TD: ISTD, Delhi (Pursuing)
