Introduction

Neha Lehl is a Sales and Corporate Training professional with a rich and varied experience of more than 7 years in organizations such as Airtel (Telecom), ICICI Bank (Banking) and Bharti Resources/Centum Learning (Corporate Training Industry).

She carries with herself a diverse experience in heading large sales teams as well as interacting directly with clients in a corporate selling scenario and developing new markets. She moved from Sales to Corporate Training which is her core area of interest more than 3 years ago. She has worked extensively in the Corporate Training Industry in areas such as business development, training need analysis, developing high quality training content and training delivery. Along with this diversity of experience, she also brings rich experience of training and consulting assignments in a gamut of industries like FMCG, Media, Education, Telecom, Banking, Financial Services, Consulting, Electronics, Aviation and Health Care to name a few, impacting different aspects of personal development.

At IILM, she has been involved in personality development of students, honing their soft skills and employability skills and in developing course content.

• Master of Business Administration (Marketing/Human Resources) – University Business School, Panjab University, Chandigarh
• B.Com. (Honours) – Government College for Girls, Chandigarh
