Introduction

Deepshikha Dhasmana is a Life skills and English Communication faculty working at IILM since July ‘08. A highly self-motivated and goal-oriented professional committed to pursue a long-term career in the Industry. She has a six years track record in the Service Industry, and demonstrates strong analytical and communication skills. Her constant endeavor is to groom the students, and to inculcate social and professional etiquette in them.   

Qualification and Experience

• Diploma in Information and Technology from NIIT, South Extension, Delhi .
• Bachelors Degree in Commerce – University of Delhi
• Certified Trainer from Doors International
• Certified Voice and Accent Trainer - Vertex Customer Management
• Certified Language Trainer – Xansa Technologies-
