Introduction

An active member in the field of education for the last twenty years, Mrs. Cleta Valles brings to the organization a wealth of experience and expertise, having qualified and taught both in India and New Zealand. 

Her forte is English & Business Communication. She is a member of the Cambridge ESOL Examinations Forum as well as a member of the New Zealand Teachers’  Council. 

Mrs. Cleta Valles has been with IILM for two years and is currently pursuing her M. Phil in English Literature.

• M.A. B.Ed (English Literature) (Sophia College, University of Bombay)

• CELTA (University of Cambridge)

• ELTD (UNITEC University of New Zealand)
