I have worked at IILM for the past 13 years and it is now a professional home for me. My association with IILM dates back to year 1997. Initially I took up visiting assignments at IILM to teach in Executive MBA programme and continued as visiting faculty for 3 years. Since year 2000, I joined as full time faculty as Senior Lecturer. IILM is one of the most employee friendly organization. IILM has a sound and rich academic environment for teachers. We are encouraged and motivated to introduce and teach new courses/electives. There is tremendous scope and support for doing serious, focused, individual and collaborative research, case study development, for conducting training & MDP s and consultancy assignments. The best part I liked at IILM is the academic freedom & flexibility clubbed with career advancement. IILM has brought out the best in me, both as a teacher and a researcher. IILM has a good state of the art infrastructure with wide collection of library and computing resources. IILM s participative, consultative work culture is a good motivating force for employees. In my 5 years at IILM I have seen the Institute reach new heights and have seen myself grow. IILM provides its faculty with academic freedom and provides an excellent platform for developing a well-rounded personality. I am one of the few privileged people to comment on both sides of the story.as a student and now as a faculty. I did my PGDBM from IILM besides doing my MCom, MSc and MCA from other Universities.
