The Sales area requires an MBA with at least 7 to 8 years of years of experience in sales and marketing function preferably in a consumer products or pharma company and having done selling himself and managed the sales function. Experience with industrial sales would be advantageous. Teaching experience of 3 to 5 years in the capacity of a permanent or visiting faculty or consulting is a must.. The Sales Area courses are :

Area – General Management
This post is located within the General Management area and is responsible for teaching in the areas of strategic management, global business environment and international marketing strategy. In particular we are seeking a person who can help develop and deliver courses in these areas with ability to use a range of delivery techniques to engage the interest and enthusiasm of students and inspire them to learn, and play an active role in the development of the curriculum in the discipline of strategic management. The successful candidate will be qualified to a Ph D or equivalent in the relevant field (or close to completion) and will be expected to engage in research and advanced professional practice (e.g. consultancy) and other income generating activities.
The Expectation (Teaching and Learning Support)
Engage in teaching subjects like Strategic Management, Global Business Environment, International Marketing & Strategy at PG and UG levels using relevant teaching methods, e.g. lectures, seminars, tutorials, etc, working as part of the teaching team.
Maintain a broad knowledge of up to date research and scholarship in relevant fields to ensure that teaching meets the standard expected within a research-led Institute
Develop and apply appropriate teaching techniques and materials, which may be novel or innovative, which create interest, understanding and enthusiasm amongst students.
Undertake curriculum and course design and deliver material across a range of programs of study at various levels, using appropriate teaching, learning support and assessment methods, reviewing and improving as required.
Supervise Undergraduate, Postgraduate and MBA student projects and, where appropriate, placements and field trips.
Area – Rural Marketing
The Rural Management Area requires an MBA with at least 5 to 6 years of experience in sales and marketing of products to semi urban and rural areas along with a proven track record of inspirational and innovative teaching. Experience in managing FMCG or Durable goods in rural markets is a prerequisite. Phd and / or published work in the rural sector would be preferred.
