Chief Academic Officer
IILM has created a new position of Chief Academic Officer reporting directly to the Dean. The person must be from industry and should have entrepreneurial and administrative talents. The individual is required to lead curriculum development, keeping it benchmarked with what is delivered in business schools globally and in tune with the requirements of Indian Industry. He/she must be able to interact with recruiters/potential recruiters to identify gaps in the curriculum and take proactive action with the IILM academic team to bridge those gaps. Preferred age 35-45 years.
Senior Faculty Positions
IILM invites applications for full-time/part-time faculty positions in all areas of management. We are looking for faculty members who read and research and are current in their areas of specialization. They must also possess a working knowledge of all other areas in management and be aware of what is happening in industry. IILM has an integrated curriculum which requires teachers to have cross functional knowledge. Great communication skills and the ability to engage students in class is an essential requirement. Preferred age 30-40 years.

Program Manager: Will be responsible for delivery of program on campus in close coordination with the Dean's office. Preferably an MBA with excellent computing & communication skills, knowledge of educational softwares and learning management systems. 5-6 years of relevant experience is desirable.
Sales Manager: Corporate sales professional with pleasing personality, good communication and negotiation skills. The candidate should preferably an MBA with atleast 3-4 years relevant sales experience.
Personnel Manager: Preferably MBA with HR specialization; 3-5 years experience in personnel management (recruitment & appraisals) and personnel administration. Qualification in law is desirable.
Accounts Manager: Accountants who can independently look after books of Accounts, Payroll, TDS and other statutory compliances. Should be well versed with using Tally. Required Qualification: BCom/MCom/CA (Inter.) with 5+ years of post qualification work experience.
Finance Manager: Should have expertise in Corporate Finance, preparation of Project Report; working with financial institutions / banks pertaining to term loans / leasing. Should be well versed with the working of SEBI, ROC, RBI. Preferred: A qualified Company Secretary.
Executive Secretary: will be responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner. Excellent at verbal and non-verbal communication skills with minimum 5 years of experience.

FPM from the IIMs, MDI; PhD from IITs in management or relevant industry/academic experience of 15 years
