IILM Institute has a well laid out and systematic process of fitting together students' Careers aspirations with corporate expectations. The Institute has Careers Advancement & Placement Services (CAPS) cell under Corporate Affairs Department. The CAPS at the Institute comprises of Students, faculties and industry professionals. The CAPS Office, headed by the Head Placement, acts as central hub for placement related activities and is a repository of all information and resources.

CAPS at IILM Institute serves as an interface to establish the best student-organization fit. To do so, the Institute follows a two- tier process:

It builds in the students the competencies that are of value to the prospective employers, both in contemporary as well as future perspective. |

It helps prospective employers articulate their human resources needs and accordingly prepare and recommend students to them for internship and placement. |

The final placements and summer placements process commences from November each year. Corporates are invited onto the campus for holding Pre Placement Talks and interacting with the students for both Final and Summer Placements.

| Summer Internship duration is between 8 to 10 weeks in the month of May and June. |
