The learning experience at IILM Institute was the one to remember for the entire life. I graduated from IILM in 2006. With various dreams I got admitted for PGDM programme and I feel proud in sighting that the education and concepts that I have learned has played a significant role in weaving my future. This period shaped my thinking as a person, and I have extremely fond memories of my time here. Currently I am working as a Sr. Resource Manager with Silicon Valley Systech Pvt. Ltd. and today what I am is due to the transformational period in the institute, in which I learnt aspects of business and of myself.

The two year journey in IILM was one to be cherished. The various exercises, role plays, business games, group activities have shaped up my thinking process and I realized the worth of same the moment I have joined my first job. Not only I have recommended my friends and colleagues to go for the similar course but also have helped in the placements for my juniors from the institute.
I would like to thank honourable faculty members and all those who have contributed towards my successful completion of the course and making me to reach the pinnacle of my achievements |

IILM Institute was the place where I landed with many dreams and little knowledge. My two year journey at IILM was not only confined to books but was involved in overall development of my personality. The first thing that comes to my mind when I think back to my college days is what a great time I had. The mad rush to complete reports on time, the hectic schedule of classes, the nervousness before presentations, the heavy academic discussions, the sleepless nights before exams, and the relief afterwards. |
As part of our curriculum we had to make presentations in class and engage in group discussions. Professionalism was taught in IILM not only through books, but also through live examples that we witnessed everyday. But what makes this place unique is the fact that it encourages its students to think creatively, to explore problems from all possible, and then some more, directions. This is what, I feel, my alumnus has given me above everything else - the questioning spirit and the confidence to question. The teachers and the administration worked seamlessly towards making a manager out of a student. I will spend the rest of my life making sure that their efforts succeed. |

I feel proud to say that I am an IILM Institute's alumnus. The two years of learning span has helped me to grab the best opportunities and to develop managerial skills. As IILM stands for knowledge, the same has been imparted with practical dimensions to each topic being taught here. I graduated in 2006 and with my IT skills I landed in the sector where I always dreamt to be. At the IILM, I got opportunity to interact with successful business leaders at the inception of my career. The freedom given to students and the flexibility of the program designed to suit individual nurturing create a wonderful two year journey of discovering oneself. This greatly helped in building my self-confidence and transformed me from a person who was terrified of facing an audience to a person who today loves making presentations.

Institute is full of knowledge, facilities, amazing faculty and although was a wonderful experience. The learning experience has brought in a different perspective in my work and personal life. The course has not only focused on enhancing my knowledge base but has also provided the much needed focus on developing my managerial and leadership competency. I am proud to be a student of this program. I graduated with a securing first position in Human Resource. I express my sincere gratitude to my faculty members and all those who helped me towards the successful completion of my course. |
