Placement Assistance

The idea of engagement centers around a mutually beneficial relationship for the students, Alumni and the institute. IILM offers final placements to its students and extends this support to all Alumni throughout their careers.

Placement Assistance to Alumni: We have opened various jobs postings for Alumni having few years of experience and even for recent pass outs. The company's in the league of Accenture, Naukri .com, 99 acres, Agilent and Nestle have been made available. Alumni are informed about these openings on our LinkedIn and Facebook page. We have received very active response and have been able to place large number of Alumni in various organizations.

Placement Assistance by Alumni for Current Students: Alumni can also help and assist in the process of placements by providing leads and information regarding the following:

• Live Projects: Alumni can contact the placements department and open a live project for current students on part time basis.
• Guest Lectures: Alumni are welcome to come and meet students and conduct guest lectures to enhance their learning and development. To increase the industry interface Alumni can also invite speakers from their respective companies to interact with current students.
• Summer Internships: We encourage Alumni to provide Summer internship to our students for a duration of two months.
• Final Placements: IILM looks forward to assistance of final placement provided by Alumni.
